Thank you for taking the time to look at our items and get to know us a little more! This shop was born through a love of girl's fashion (okay, obsession lol)  After having my first little girl in 2017 after a family of all boys for over 30 years I was quite obsessed with all things girly, but wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for so I decided to make it.  So in the autumn of 2017 In Stitches was born although I have been sewing since I was a little girl under the guidance of my Memaw. Our shop specializes handmade girl's clothing and accessories made with Custom designed printed fabrics, and the latest trends. All orders are done through our website.

Please read over our policies and let us know if you have any questions. Our shop is located in beautiful South Georgia. Though we are on and off at all hours of the day we try to keep our business hours to Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm eastern time. When messaging the shop we will always try to get you an answer or response within 24 to 48 business hours.

Current Turn around time for Ready to ship items is 3 to 5 business days.  Custom orders vary and are discussed at the time the order is placed.  These can take up to 16 weeks dependent upon custom fabric availability.

  How should I contact the Shop? The best way to get a hold of us is to send an email through the website or to contact me by direct message on Facebook (India Newton). My goal is to have open communication with you and I ask that you do the same for me. Please communicate with us prior to filing complaints with outside sources. We would like to have the opportunity to resolve issues first. If you do not make an effort to communicate with us before filing complaints it could lead to removal from the group. Please allow up to 24 to 48 business hours for a response to your message.

No Refunds or exchanges will be issued for custom orders.  These are custom made one of a kind orders.  If you have a problem with your order contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue. In the event that your item is to be returned it cannot be washed Please note all colors may very slightly from screen to screen.

Shipping Info-We offer low rate shipping dependent upon weight through USPS and FedEx.  I will not combine orders/shipping so please make sure you have all orders you want together on the same order.  After the turn around time mentioned above, the item will be shipped out within 2 days.
